Purchased a steam shower from this company. After three weeks and no communication (other than order acknowledgement) I called for an order status. They informed me that Delta drops ships on their behalf. They have no control over shipping or arrival date. I asked them to contact Delta for an ETA and they refused. Ordered from another site with a an arrival date in 4 days.
