They responded once over the course of a week after over 5 attempts to reach them. They do not state anywhere the age requirement. Called 4 times and did not ever get an answer. Finally showed up to try to rent a bike and was met by a person who told us we could not rent. Horrible customer service. After reading your response I would like to know where it states that there is an age requirement to rent the bikes. In your terms it states that you must be 13. Got a late afternoon bike rental from Aaron for the remainder of the day. He is awesome! Friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Overall, great experience! Would highly recommend! Bikes were exactly what we were looking for, and the price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other competitors in the area who didn’t have the bikes we wanted.
We purchased our One Wheel here years ago and were very impressed by how helpful they were. This week, we stopped by to ask questions about e-bikes, and Anthony spent SO MUCH TIME teaching us everything we needed to know to make the right purchase for us. He suggested we try a bike brand at another shop before deciding to make sure what we were about to buy was right for us. (Wow, who does that? So impressed.)
