We live in Bangor and not Lincoln, but we always watch for the truckload and case lot sales! When you can save $3/lb on beef and pork loins it makes the drive more than worth it. The butcher shop is top notch and they will cut the loins for you if you want. Their lunch counters and platters are also delicious, and everyone is very nice and super friendly.
