First time I’ve been to stead cycles, and I left feeling like part of the family. You can tell why this business, has been open for over 100 years and now in the hands of the fourth generation. The level of customer service was second to none. Can’t wait to go back Monday and pick up my bike, as I was just meant to be looking today, & go back when we had the right car to take it home. But honestly I couldn’t leave without buying my new bike
How amazing to have a Family owned business who truly cares about their customers. They gave us great advice over the phone and in store. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Costumer service is great. Came in with broken rim and got the exact rim we needed and put tube, tire and rim on the bike in under 20mins
We were desperate for a bike tyre while travelling through on holidays, tried a ridiculous amount on the central coast with no luck, phoned this guy and he couldn’t do enough For us so we diverted to head here and the owner was amazing, quick and good old fashioned customer service. We are so grateful!!! Support local! Legends
We have purchased 3 bikes from stead bicycles the quality, service and after sale service has been brilliant! Would highly recommend!
