Refuse the average man with great credit and good pay a small loan is ridiculous. I wonder what kind of credit score you have to have to loan somebody $7,000 I thought 800 was really good I'm guessing you guys only want to give loans to the very rich...I'm absolutely disgusted I have the best of the best of the best and you guys still refuse me
STCU is great. However, Google needs to update the operating hours. The lobby closes at 5pm and the drive thru at 530pm.
I’ve been with STCU for over ten years and just realized I’ve never written a review. This credit union is so wonderful and understanding. Everyone always has a positive and can do attitude. They really helped me more than one occasion when I was younger and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help as I was trying to figure out how to adult. Lol. Ive moved out and back into Washington state a few times over the years and have always kept my checking with them because of this. 10/10 every time!
I love STCU. They have been nothing but wonderful and fabulous, either in their office or via phone call, they go above and beyond their call of duty. You guys are doing an excellent job and thank you for taking care of your members both on their personal and business accounts. Very fast and efficient on transactions and so easy to communicate with. Best Local Bank for sure
