Some of the worst customer Service for a bank. This place would rather 15 people wait in line rather then getting more employees out of there chair to help.

STCU has been reported for FRAUD! FTC# 197158918 for the below reasons Auto Loan 1. Multiple payments have been paid above the minimum payment amount, however the overages do not seem to be applied to late fees, late payments, or the overall principle of the loan. 2. Late fees applied to every payemnt including those made ON TIME. 3. Failure to define the parameters of "full coverage " for insurance as an effort to punish members with fees and change loan terms. 4. When setting up an estate account for my recently deceased mother, Will guided me through the process, step by step. Clearly informing me of needed legal documentation and doing the notarizing, he really made everything much easier in an unfamiliar terrain. Plus, all was done in Will's friendly and kind manner.

I’m like 95% sure their telephone agents are AI. The dialogue is stilted. There are long pauses after I say something. They will interrupt with what feels like a scripted prompt. So either hire real people or teach your real people how to be conversational and normal.
