Some of the worst customer Service for a bank. This place would rather 15 people wait in line rather then getting more employees out of there chair to help.
STCU has been reported for FRAUD! FTC# 197158918 for the below reasons Auto Loan 1. Multiple payments have been paid above the minimum payment amount, however the overages do not seem to be applied to late fees, late payments, or the overall principle of the loan. 2. Late fees applied to every payemnt including those made ON TIME. 3.
