I've lived nearby for about ten years and other than an occasional tired teller they have served me well.
Took money out of my account to cause an overdraft, charged me for the overdraft, then harassed me while I was sick because I’m unable to work and couldn’t replenish the money that THEY STOLE. Use to be an honest, supportive credit union, don’t know what happened.
Getting approved for an auto loan here was quick and painless. Very friendly and helpful staff, well done!
I find STCU to be a fine banking institution. Granted their ATM has problems occasionally, so don't trust machines! But STCU fixes problems by their human employees. They also promote DEI which really inspires me.
