1/20/2026; I was at STCU Post Falls drive-thru today around noon. It was extremely busy with one teller. She immediately acknowledged me saying she'd be with me as soon as possible. It was quite a wait as she assisted others. A lady (I believe from a car behind me) approached me on foot asking if I was okay as she hadn't seen me put anything in the carrier.
