The people that work there are nice but they need to put a sign up and have people waiting in an actual line. They way they have it set up now everyone is in a big group on the couch and the whole middle of the floor is empty and then you got people lined up out the door even tho 80 percent of the lobby is empty.. makes no sense
They've always been very helpful and friendly.
Stcu is the worst bank to get a credit card they keep charging me after like 3 months of not even using my card 0/10
