I don't think I've seen more broken ATMs than at STCU. It's sad that I bank with them over years that quality has gone downhill. Had my card shut off without notification and refused to tell me about "suspicious" purchases, cut ties with partnering credit union without notification so no longer could easily withdraw money, half the time card chip doesn't read on transactions, refused refunds with proven theft of card, and the posting of people's transaction to make comments on banners (which I knew someone with one of those ... read more
5 lanes with 2 people working at lunch rush hour. 20 minute wait in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
The people who work here are very nice and friendly. They helped me and made me feel welcome.
