Ive asked for a credit card to be sent to me at least a dozen times I’ve had this card for years but never once have they actually sent the physical card. Pls send me my card or I’m gonna have to close out all my accounts and start over elsewhere.
This branch is polite, but that's where it ends.They're never personable, not helpful with findings solutions, and don't even make eye contact when they talk to us.We closed our accounts today and were not even asked why. We have no interest in ever banking here again.

Nice staff but unreasonable wait times
They’re great as long as you don’t mind standing in line waiting while the tellers chat. Oh and all the teller windows are just for show, like most places these days. So even if 8-10 people are in line and the line hasn’t moved in 15 minutes, don’t worry they’ll get to you when they’re GD good and ready. Oh and don’t bother trying to transfer your own money online with them. They’re not sure about the whole 21st century technology thing. Better to stand in line.
