Incredible service at STCU! My wife and I are so impressed. It’s the best quality and most human-centered banking experience we've ever had.
Closed my partners card down for no reason. Girl was super obnoxious. Telling everyone to stay away from this awful bank.
STCU always has my back and makes banking easy. They truly care about the people they serve and treat us as people. Even after I closed my account with them to merge with my husband's account, they were so willing to help in any way I needed. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with one of their representatives as I needed closing statements. Cindy G. was so patient and kind through the entirety of our phone call! STCU has my heart.
Love banking at STCU! Everyone is always helpful, never have any issues. I had some fraudulent charges recently and they were so fast to fix it and even stopped future pending charges. I appreciate them so much!
Ive asked for a credit card to be sent to me at least a dozen times I’ve had this card for years but never once have they actually sent the physical card. Pls send me my card or I’m gonna have to close out all my accounts and start over elsewhere.
