This is the worst bank ever!!! Blocks the card- no weekend operations. Horrible bank to have i cant wait to get back into town n close my account-do better STCU!!!!!!!
Back in February we refinanced two auto loans with STCU and I left a 5-star review for that experience. This update reflects what happened after. We spent real effort trying to build a relationship with this credit union. We kept our accounts here, ran our payroll direct deposits through them even though they don't offer early direct deposit like most other banks and credit unions do, and even when paying our private landlord's rent required extra steps - withdrawing cash and depositing it at another bank just to use Zelle, ... read more

Had to settle something and it all worked out.
Stopped in the north branch to get a new debit card for my daughter and had a great experience thanks to Roberta! She went above and beyond getting our new card and helping start a fraud claim to recoup lost money. She also gave a lot of information to help be proactive against it happening again in the future. She was extremely helpful and informative!!
