Everytime I try to use the ATM to deposit money it will literally take maybe 100$ of the deposit. It rejects the rest of the cash. It’s the closest one to my house. Now I have to go out of my way to even deposit money into my account.
Walking into this establishment was a massive waste of time and only hurt me not help me. I went in today to apply for a credit card to help build my credit, I already have really good credit at 701 on fico so I really didn't NEED this, but seeing as I didn't already have a credit card, I was hoping to expand my credit building. Need weekend hours and in-branch loan officers
They Let Let Me Down Big Time. I Been A Custumer For Over A Decade And Taken 2 Car Loans Totaling $70k that have been paid off for a while. I recently saw i was pre-approved for a Personal loan. I applied, got a call 3 days later only for them to do A HARD INQUIRY and denied me. I have a 750 Credit Score atm, 0 missed payments in the 12 years i started to build credit. I WAS PRE-APPROVED ONLY TO DENY ME AND PUT A DENT ON MY CREDIT. I WILL MOVE MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER BANK. You guys went down bad.
Teller indoors with medium brown hair to her shoulders, gray sweater, and nose piercing seemingly made a comment about "a geezer with special privileges" because an older gentleman was wearing his Armed Forces cap today. My grandfather was a Korean vet and my uncle has served in the Navy. I refuse to hear this statement ever again from an Stcu employee.
