The most efficient home buying process. Their underwriting department is way quicker than other banks. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

If I could give a negative star I would. I thought that credit unions were supposed to be a bit more caring about you as a person, rather than a number on the other end. Don’t expect any help from them if you are having a hard time. Even after I paid them everything owed they still hold it against me. Well no worries, there are plenty of other options in today’s world. Just gotta go across the street. lol

I would just recommend other options. Also , they also aren’t going to get any better. All they do is automate processes and as you can see , it consistently messes with people. The ATMs have a 1/150 chance of eating your card also. The bank app actually sucks so much it’s ridiculous.
