Forget getting your money back when filing a dispute. I don’t even think they have an actual human review dispute claims. They just automatically deny your dispute and send you a letter with a reason for the denial that has absolutely nothing to do with what your claim stated.
I’m done banking with STCU, they continually hire unqualified people who have terrible customer service. This is now the second time I’ve tried to get services and the person working on my application acted like they didn’t care about the outcome, and had preconceived notions that likely caused denials. I’m tired of this service and I won’t be coming back. Person in question : Brianna Orth
Everytime I try to use the ATM to deposit money it will literally take maybe 100$ of the deposit. It rejects the rest of the cash. It’s the closest one to my house. Now I have to go out of my way to even deposit money into my account.
