The front desk lady shewed me away while I was still talking not very friendly. Switching my bank to somewhere else. Don't feel valued as a customer here. I don't recommend this bank. Plus the atms for any of there locations barely ever work
This place will send out your privacy information to everyone. The will not keep your information private. I have escalated calls with the big dogs. No accountability, only excuses. The said they have software that will penetrate into your life. Ai is dangerous. They will harass all that you know. This company is sketchy! Get your money and accounts out of there. They will break the no call list too. I can call the bank and get your info immediately. They give it out like candy!

Great place to bank
I will never use STCU again. We work our butts off to make every payment, and make em all on time. We have financed a few things through them and never had a problem until now. We recently purchased a new camper. Evidently our Insurnace agent made a mistake getting a signature and now we have to pay over 800 dollars for one month of insurance through them. We got ins. back on itas soon as we knew and they will not help us cover that past month thats done and over with. They want to screw their once loyal customers out of 800... read more
