Horrible people.
If I could do no stars i definitely would I been with STCU since I got my first job at sixteen, i'm now twenty eight and i've always done my car loans with them. And I've always paid every single payment on time. Well, over the summer, my family went through a hardship. We lost our home and I had to put every penny. I had into getting us a new home and with this and me, losing my car insurance, they decided to add up another 5000 to my car loan. And want me to pay a $1000 a month for my car. In 2025 I would expect better customer service. Fraudulent charge removed by the Company that Fraudulently charged my account because the CSR for STCU was clueless. Do better and open an account at BECU in Spokane.
Forget getting your money back when filing a dispute. I don’t even think they have an actual human review dispute claims. They just automatically deny your dispute and send you a letter with a reason for the denial that has absolutely nothing to do with what your claim stated.
