Like many of the current reviews, it seems that STCU has lost sense of customer service. We have had several loans through STCU, but working with them recently has been frustrating. The biggest issue seems to be the verification process, which takes 15-20 minutes each time you call in. In our situation we were trying to get a young family member some credit using his own money to purchase a car (passbook loan). Bank itself is great however this location needs to fix their dang ATM. It has trouble accepting cash ever since they "upgraded"
