workers are very sweet and always friendly
The drive through is chaos when it gets busy. I waited for cars that pulled up after me to leave.
The team at this branch is absolutely outstanding. Someone hacked my account for a significant amount of money. (My own fault) but this branch was able to get me back my funds and help me through the process of creating a new account all while making it painless. I live close to this branch so it’s my “go to” location, however, if I ever move in town I will go out of my way to this location every single time. Very appreciative of the team this branch has.
BEWARE! My mother-in-law had an account with STCU and someone was able to hack into her account by creating an account and linking it to her account. They had access to all her money and STCU said “sorry we can’t help you”. They kept her funds. Someone was able to change her physical address, phone number, link a mobile account, and spend hundreds before their fraud department thought it was suspicious. My wife and I will be closing our accounts ASAP! This feels so unsafe and not where I want my funds trusted. PUT YOUR MONEY... read more
