Do good and honest hard work here ! With this branch for 15 years...
VERY unimpressed with the girl at the front desk & her associate (wish I had gotten names but she had short curly hair) who were blunt and unhelpful with my issue. However, the teller Melissa was AWESOME and she took the time to get everything figured out. She was very friendly and professional, saving the day (and this review)

Up until last year, I loved this bank. But the last several months have been a nightmare, one "error" after another. And customer service that doesn't exist at all like it used to. How I was treated today just topped it off. These people used to go out of their way to help find a solution, now, it's just as bad as the big Banks, who could not care less about their members.
Received letters that I needed to update my insurance on some auto loans I have through STCU. Took care of everything clear back in February or so I thought. Go in to look at a different pickup just to find out STCU never updated my new insurance so they slapped a 3rd party insurance premium on my account. No other notifications of this because it was supposed to be fixed months ago. Glad I was looking into this other pickup or I would have never known about that slick move.
I can't say enough on STCU's behalf! They will be our credit Union forever!
I originally first signed up with the Post Falls branch back when I was still in high school. I have always been nothing short of pleased with STCU! I have never had any problems and if there is any unusual activity on my account I'm alerted right away. Thank you STCU for being an honest and professional Credit Union!
I am switching to a credit union and have heard good things about STCU and I have questions of services at 13501 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley WA, 99216. But I cannot call them directly. If I want to talk with them I have to go to that branch in person. I do think their customer service is like talking to Bank of America so I will look elsewhere for a credit union in Spokane Valley that does and wants to be of service. Disappointed in the Valley
