Today, STCU Spokane Valley branch gave cash to a person NOT listed on my account. This is just unbelievable. The teller did not look carefully enough at the ID but still have the person cash via drive through. I went in person to see what happened, and they confirmed it! This bank is a joke. For those of you who want to scam people, try STCU Valley branch! Ironically, of course, I give them 5 starts rating, you figure for what.
