I have never had such a terrible experience financing a car. For months they kept giving me misinformation and then charged me about an extra $200 a month for their mistakes. On top of that they kept blaming State National and repeated told me to work it out with them, however State National doesn't answer nor return calls. Plus STCU repeatedly said they would refund the extra charges, then only refunded 10%! I shouldn't be paying for their misinformation. Worst credit union. They keep overcharging our car loan by double! They promised to reimburse, then only reimbursed 10%! And they still keep overcharging. This has been going on for a year and they refuse to fix this. I'm going to forced to sell the car to get out of this nightmare.

Pulled 160 out of the atm. Went inside to break a 20. They refused to break a $20 bill that I got out of their atm. Not really a bank if you cant break a 20 dollar bill. Edit: Wells Fargo broke my 20 across the street with no account. I'll be going back next week to make an account there instead.
I have had great experiences every time. Fast friendly and their first 5 savings for the kiddos is awesome
