Blake Henson greeted us immediately and took care of our needs. It was a very pleasant experience which we have not received at the Crossraods location in which the staff would rather carry on their conversations with another employee than to be interrupted with business. And this is when their location is not busy!! We wish Mr. Henson was in charge of training their personnel and monitoring them!
Joined because a offroad store recommended STCU Finance. I have switched checking and credit, debit cards to them. I left a bank and credit union. All employees at Hayden STCU branch are first rate people, that care about me. Made me feel like a neighbor of years.
When I Walk in the door, the Bank Tellers are friendly,most helpful and Branch manager is Fantastic!lunch?
