After 7 yrs as a customer I removed a huge amount of money from this credit union. But you did get your 5 dollar "excessive use fee" that's like 6 transactions a month.

This branch of STCU is probably the best banking experience ever. I recommend simply opening account there just to interact with the tellers. One teller in particular is enthusiastic about the history of money and makes a purpose to offer $2 bills to people. Very friendly in a very practical way. All banks should run like this
ATM out of service.
