STCU has slightly improved, but the need to allow someone to pay your loan on your behalf needs to be allowed. Otherwise, friendly staff and prompt customer service.
Always at least a 20 minute wait at this location. I just wanted to grab a roll of quarters. After waiting 20 minutes I went to the gas station across the street.

Stcu steals your money and doesn't communicate, makes it hard to make loan payments, bars you from mobile banking and cant tell you anything if you file bankruptcy so they can steal your money and charge you if there was an overdraft, said my attorney needed to contact me but never got ahold of me so i didnt know. No calls, no emails. Wouldn't work w me during a medical emergency, just took my money and barred me from ways to see my balances or pay my loan without a 15 dollar extra fee because I cant use mobile banking.
