I used to love this bank but in order to talk with someone about my loan I have to talk with them through a video chat??
I had to get a new card so I was not looking forward to the wait but they were quick!
STCU has slightly improved, but the need to allow someone to pay your loan on your behalf needs to be allowed. Otherwise, friendly staff and prompt customer service.
