Jayme should train the others. Excellent attitude and customer service. And this is coming from someone who reallllly doesn’t care for STCU and their predatory lending practices, so Jayme was EXTRA great, cause I hate STCU and I had a fine experience. 10/10 for Jayme.
Been a customer a long time. Went to drive thru on Friday 11/1 around 2:20pm simple deposit needed to pay my rent. Let the teller know. Deposit and amount.. Teller responds what are you expecting? Seriously, expecting...this was her way of asking the amount I submitted through the tube...Seriously....do better....
STCU needs to change their policies and allow an authorized user to pay a loan bill. I am going to completely stop doing business and banking with STCU. Absolutely fed up.
