I wanted to give a shout-out to STCU and specifically, Matthew Torchiana, the Member Consultant who helped me yesterday at the Crossroads Branch. My debit card was compromised which is always a headache. Imagine my delight when I was told I could have my debit card replaced on the same day! What a wonderful service to offer members (standing ovation!). This took all of 10 minutes and gave me great peace of mind. I was thrilled not to have to wait 7-14 days for a replacement card. Big thanks to Matthew and STCU!
Very friendly and efficient branch. Love being back with a credit union after dealing with the big banks. It's a much more personal experience that gives a sense of security dealing with familiar faces. Everything’s convenient and my only gripe is sometimes STCU website can be problematic, but no issues with the bank or that branch itself. Highly recommend.
