Stcu steals your money and doesn't communicate, makes it hard to make loan payments, bars you from mobile banking and cant tell you anything if you file bankruptcy so they can steal your money and charge you if there was an overdraft, said my attorney needed to contact me but never got ahold of me so i didnt know. No calls, no emails. Wouldn't work w me during a medical emergency, just took my money and barred me from ways to see my balances or pay my loan without a 15 dollar extra fee because I cant use mobile banking. Jayme should train the others. Excellent attitude and customer service. And this is coming from someone who reallllly doesn’t care for STCU and their predatory lending practices, so Jayme was EXTRA great, cause I hate STCU and I had a fine experience. 10/10 for Jayme.
Been a customer a long time. Went to drive thru on Friday 11/1 around 2:20pm simple deposit needed to pay my rent. Let the teller know. Deposit and amount.. Teller responds what are you expecting? Seriously, expecting...this was her way of asking the amount I submitted through the tube...Seriously....do better....
