Person designated to dive thru doesn't move very quickly. I sat in drive thru for over 10 minutes to just deposit a check when I was 2nd in line. Very unorganized.Very rude.
When the CEO of a business leads a company with a belief such as this it shows. "Serving the Heart of the Member makes a big difference" I do not want to put too much family information on here but we recently had an unexpected loss. Seems like everytime I'm serviced by Angela (I think that's her name) the personal banker she's always very rude and has an attitude. Really consering switching banks and I've been a banner bank member since moving up here in 2019. Tried depositing a stack of bills I had made from tips all week and instead of her just using a bill counter made me count it all out and walked away to do other things. If I knew she was gonna do that I would have went back to my house to grab my debit card and just used the ATM.
