Sprague location has better ATMs. Went to use this one and deposit some cash. Rather than being the "hamburger" style money slot, it's the older "hotodog" style Soda Machine-esque feed. After inserting some (albeit) crinkley money, it sat there for what felt like forever, it spat all the money out, beeped easily 1.6 million times, then decided to keep my bank card without offering me the opportunity to get it back, the entire time stating it still had cash to give back to me (it didn't). Horrible people.
Not a bank. A place for old people to Stand in line. Wouldn’t cash my large check. What’s the point of a bank if they can’t cash large checks. Also lady helping me was rude.
Love this bank! I have no idea why others are reviewing this way. The tellers are always cheerful and know you by name. Easy access off of Mission and Mullen, in the valley. This site has drive up banking and drive up ATM. Also a home loan center. Highly recommend
I had 2 fraudulent charges on my account, and I am leaving town in 24 hours. I NEED A HERO!!! And Jeff delivered! He got the charges taken care of, got me my new card, and had some awesome money saving suggestions and STCU tools to help. Thank you, Jeff, for saving me. You really were my hero today!
