While I'm happy with the bank services I'm not happy with my visit today. Usually my husband goes into the bank, this time I did. The smell of perfume was so overpowering that I had to leave without completing my transaction. Please be respectful of those of us that are either allergy, or super sensitive, to the smell of perfume. I was able to smell it on myself/clothes all the way home.
It's been more than 1 hour and still waiting to talk to someone for a loan, longest wait I ever done in a bank
The amount of times the atm is down at this location or even surrounding areas is ridiculous
I want to say 9 out of 10 times the ATM has “service unavailable” when choosing to deposit CASH. I’ve come here multiple times during the week, get it fixed. How is a BANK not accepting cash lol.
Waste of 30 minutes, properly train your employees before they send another unlucky person from the drive thru to inside for no reason
