This company is beyond crooked and should be out of business. Tried to buy a property they own and they are not forthright or honest with any of the details of the property. Actually, they are scam artists, liars, and have no integrity. The property had 4 liens and back taxes and outstanding construction permits, none of which they disclosed until they took our offer and earnest money. Fraud department is fantastic and I'm so grateful for the 8:00 am call I got this Sunday morning. They asked if a charge from Delaware was authorized and I told them No. Then another from New York and two more from Houston all within minutes. The card was quickly closed and they are sending me another. Thank you Fraud department for your diligence and hard work even on a Sunday morning!
