Great credit union
--- I’ve been a loyal STCU member since 2019 and have never had a single issue—until now. I’ve reached out to customer service four separate times and was assured the branch assistant manager would return my call. Three days later, I’m still waiting. If this delay is reflective of how STCU values its customers, I may need to reconsider where I bank. ---
Not a bad place to do business with, but leave lots of time if you plan on doing anything other than just doing a deposit. They only have tellers working at the branch. And if you are trying to do anything loan related is is done by video chat. So you have to wait for someone somewhere to get freed up. Good service just too time consuming if you did not leave a 90 minute window open to do business.
The hours you guys are open are inconvenient, if you were open earlier it be easier to pay for things because you wont connect to my other bank
On 12/7/2023 I stopped by STCU to cash my employers check . Upon my arrival I did not feel welcome there at all . The bank teller (Lucy Ocampo) stood there staring at me in a judgmental glare (as if I couldn’t be there for a service offered by the bank) . Upon handing my driver license and check to her and asked if I could cash my check she responded with “just a moment” .
