Not a bad place to do business with, but leave lots of time if you plan on doing anything other than just doing a deposit. They only have tellers working at the branch. And if you are trying to do anything loan related is is done by video chat. So you have to wait for someone somewhere to get freed up. Good service just too time consuming if you did not leave a 90 minute window open to do business.
The hours you guys are open are inconvenient, if you were open earlier it be easier to pay for things because you wont connect to my other bank
On 12/7/2023 I stopped by STCU to cash my employers check . Upon my arrival I did not feel welcome there at all . The bank teller (Lucy Ocampo) stood there staring at me in a judgmental glare (as if I couldn’t be there for a service offered by the bank) . Upon handing my driver license and check to her and asked if I could cash my check she responded with “just a moment” . The staff at Southridge STCU has always been very friendly and helpful every time I have made a transaction. I have dealt with many banks and credit unions in the past and STCU is one of the best!
This bank practice discrimination Kelsie from STCU ran my application and approved me for $10,000 then said if I was not a US citizen that I could not be approved, even though she had already approve me I have a permit to be here I have several banks accounts and credit cards, and never been told that this is the most unprofessional racist bank I have came across. I will definitely let my family and friends and coworkers know about this.
