Great Bank, not one for Banking experiences but I will have to say This place says the bar for Customer Service.
This branch is a breath of fresh air from the stuffy big banks, where you're just another account number. I feel welcomed and know this branch cares about my banking needs, both on personal and business banking level. Added bonus, branch is convenient to many places I shop.
I recently got married and changed my name. I was having an issue with getting everything switched over, but the branch manager Meghan made the whole process so easy and painless. Great service!!
