Public service announcement: This banks team members locked my account maliciously after I got off the phone with them. As confirmed by Mila and the call center manager. Nothing was done and no apology given. After I was able to make a complaint finally, 10 minutes later my phone received 100 calls in a row from a fraudulent auto insurance service called everquote.
