Mandy plata was absolutely horrible to work with. As an alumni I was outraged with how she treated my wife. She was incredibly rude and lied about sending her transcripts and dodged calls regarding the issue. When we finally got her on the phone she remained unprofessional and while she was obviously capable of helping she remains unwilling.
