Two days after I came in there to get my iphone7 screen replaced, I was taking it out of my case and the screen cracked. I called and spoke with the manager and he said that all they could do was give me a 20% discount on a new one. They use after-market products (that vary in quality) and that is most likely why my screen fractured. I have had iphones for years, broken screens before by dropping them but NEVER by simple touching/removing out of a case. I'd like my money back but they refuse. These guys were so helpful to me! I went to my phone carrier to file a claim and after leaving the store, I called the number per instructed and they told me to go back to the store. After all that hassle, they suggested StayMobile and that was the only thing useful they said to me.
