When your PMS is your business, one support call can stop everything. Every part of our day runs through Stayflexi: bookings, check-ins, room status, billing. Yesterday I raised a technical issue with their team. They called me back to fix it, and somehow my user account was deleted in the process. Today I can't log in. A hotel should not have to continuously chase its PMS provider to get basic inventory configuration and OTA mapping completed correctly. Unfortunately, our experience with StayFlexi’s customer support has been very disappointing. Their support team is often difficult to reach, and customer calls are not answered promptly. For a hotel/property owner, reliable PMS support is extremely important, especially when immediate assistance is required. I would request all property owners to carefully evaluate their PMS partner and consider alternatives if they are looking for better support and service.
