Leonid provided an excellent massage. He listened to my specific needs and applied his skills to treaty tired and sore legs. If you experience leg pain, Leo is a must see. 12 out of 10. Too bad I live 5.5 hours away, but when I pop back to Ottawa he will be on the list of places to visit.
I had a very disappointing experience during an interview at Stay Fit Physio in Ottawa. The owner’s attitude was surprisingly rude and confrontational. At one point, she even raised her voice at me because I didn’t agree with something she said — which felt really unprofessional and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I have been receiving treatment from Stayfit for 3 years now and I have always felt comfortable and confident with the treatment. Tanya (physiotherapist) treated me for a reoccurring shoulder dislocation for which I had to have surgery. Before the surgery, she worked with me to strengthen the joint to be ready for the surgery, afterwards, she treated the shoulder and brought back full-range of motion to the shoulder and I couldn't be happier. Shivang assisted me with my sprained ankle Shivang was courteous, respectful, and positive I meet with him weekly to review my exercise plan, and he effectively customized it to my recovery progress Shivang gave me the confidence to slowly resume playing hockey, and make a full recovery
I am a client for both physio and massage. I have had pleasant and beneficial experiences with very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly physio and massage therapists. All their staff are very considerate and polite. I definitely recommend this place.
