Not enough toilet rolls , no internet for 4 nights even after complaints, very bad parking
Excellent location and apartment exceeded expectations. Parking area was very difficult to exit for medium sized vehicle but free on street parking available around the corner. Dealing with StayCentral was efficient and made the trip easy to plan.
The apartment was exactly where we wanted to be. Perfect location for us. Neat tidy spacious apartment with everything we needed. People easy to deal with and able to book and talk direct. Good communications.
Stayed at Parkville/Brunswick location in September. Overall we had a good stay with the pros being: fantastic location in the middle of everything, well appointed in terms of things you need to go about your day e.g. plates, glasses, cooking implements, towels, supplies for cleaning etc. Beds were really comfortable. Things to be improved: load road noise from the living room coming through a vent in the front door (bedrooms were fine), gate to parking area remote not working properly. Would stay again though.
Accommodation excellent location excellent easy access to park for walks and tram ride into Melbourne. Check in and out very smooth shops are walk away and lots of lovely eateries especially the Green Pheonix great food and coffee and lovely staff
