Heard of their reputation from a local boatyards service manager and called to inquire about a possible service call to address my 3 day old clog in my vacu-flush that I hadn’t been able to clear and hadn’t dissolved on its own as I’d hoped it would. Absolutely amazing customer service
Our RV vacuflush system is not operating properly due to a broken bellows on the pump. It is Thanksgiving weekend and I called several places in Florida to see if they had the parts in stock. No luck with any RV and Marine Dealership’s. I contacted AquaStar Distributors in NY. When they told me it would take several days to get the parts to me they referred me to Stayside Systems in Virginia Beach. When I called Don said he was expecting me.
