Very informative and knowledgeable. Being a very practical and visual learner myself, I found Graham provided me with appropriate scenarios and interactive demonstrations that I could perform and practice my skills. I have participated in a few First Aid/CPR courses in my working career but Graham has by far been the most thorough with his knowledge and practical experience ensuring the course was interactive to ensure I understood. Very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend 👌
