Thankyou to Graham for the first aid training. He provided thorough training that left me feeling confident to provide first aid when needed. All questions were answered and the online training was very easy to do via mobile before the course. Thankyou to Mira for assisting with the practical components. If you’re looking to complete your first aid training definitely look to use Graham at Stay Calm due to ease of booking, knowledge and training style.

I recently completed my CPR training with Stay Calm Training, and I’m really glad I chose them. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and made a potentially stressful topic feel approachable. They focused not just on the steps, but also on staying calm under pressure – which I found especially helpful. The hands-on practice was excellent, with mannequins and real-time feedback. Very informative and knowledgeable. Being a very practical and visual learner myself, I found Graham provided me with appropriate scenarios and interactive demonstrations that I could perform and practice my skills. I have participated in a few First Aid/CPR courses in my working career but Graham has by far been the most thorough with his knowledge and practical experience ensuring the course was interactive to ensure I understood. Very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend 👌
