I did everything online and was so easy. The process was explained online and left mr without any questions. Access at anytime is what I like and made sure to be respectful at night for anyone around. You get a text with your unit number and the lock code and it was so easy! Price was good. My only suggestion is better lighting. Overall, I would recommend.
Great service, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a little extra storage space. Especially if you don’t want a hassle to rent it. All service to rent from start to move in are available online, which is a plus for nite owl 3rd shifters like myself. Easy to get set up and service is great. I called because I was having trouble with my door handle. They were patient with me and we figured out it was rusted shut. They told me how to fix it but sent a maintenance man out anyway to make sure. The units are clean and well maintained. The locks are easy to use. Instructions for the locks and how to end the lease. The price is great for the size of the units and that includes insurance.
Great customer service, when my unit was leaking water they promptly got my unit moved so nothing was ruined, they check in with me to make sure nothing was damaged by the water also.
