Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to turnover the water into my name for the rental i just signed with and the process was very quick. They have a form next to their service window to start your auto payments right away.
Staunton Public Works are second to none
Utility company improperly filled some holes they cut in the road to perform work and the filling sank down into the holes, making it useless. I called public works and left a message explaining the situation. Not sure if I was the first one to complain, but both holes were properly filled when I went out the next day.
Public works in this city is a joke. Today the garbage men decided to dump out - ONTO THE GROUND - the 2 trash cans of brush I had out. For over 30 years at this house, I have put out trash cans of leaves/brush with no issue. Anymore I clean up spills and messes out front almost weekly because of them. And today they dump the trash out of the cans and onto the ground. I am blind. I have been trying to get a sign saying 'Blind Pedestrian' put up near where I live for years! Do I have to get an ADA lawyer involved before Staunton city public works finally does this?
