Would give them 0 stars if I could. Walked in, wasn’t greeted. Came to return a bag, I previously called & asked if they had a bag to replace with the defective one I purchased. I traveled with the bag, didn’t have all of the original packaging because it was home, where I live. The girls were extremely condescending and one girl even huffed and laughed under her breath, asking me if the replacement bag of beads exploded when I showed her PULLED THREADS out of the bag.
