I love Staud and have multiple things from them, however, I went to the seaport location yesterday and the sales associates were so unfriendly and didn’t offer to help me in any way and basically ignored me. I still purchased something but it’s disappointing since I’m a frequent customer.
I went in yesterday and placed a hold on a bag. They said they could hold it for 24 hours. I called well within 24 hours to have been told they sold it. They told me a hold was never a guarantee and someone came in “really wanting it”. There is no excuse for this lack of professionalism and profiling. The associates hung up on me this morning and would not confirm that they would help me later on and call in a time period. I was given no person to talk to later, nothing. Had a terrible encounter with sales manager
Emma went above and beyond to help me find the right sizing in some jeans I was looking at! The kindest woman and was so helpful throughout! Iris & Brooke also went ahead and stepped-in to assist when Emma was helping another customer - the three of them made my experience exceptional and will definitely be back to shop again!
