January 1, 2024 Update below- Leased to them for 6 weeks and the most I earned was $5500 gross a week. They alter rate sheets and say it was detention but they do not itemize that on settlement sheet. Now withholding my escrow money they owe me back!!! Termination letter dated June 16th 2023, today is July 26th, I still have not received my escrow refund of $1050. January 1, 2024, I get this as a email, 6.5 months later!
