This company contracts out/hires people with zero integrity. Their process server Majd Hussein filed 3 affidavits of service where he served 3 individuals by serving a person that he created. He gave them the same last name as me and claimed they were the same age and race as me. If you do not have Ring yet this unscrupulous company is definitely a reason to get one. He left one summons & complaint on the property by placing it in the mail slot then wrote up affidavits stating he served this fictitious person with 3.

I was suppose to be served papers last week but I wasn’t home and the person that was delivering the papers wasn’t able to give it to my family because they weren’t me. Which is completely understandable and I appreciated that. What I DO NOT appreciate is how yesterday the papers were delivered to my job by a woman that didn’t even have an envelope who GAVE the papers to my coworker?
