I will give one star for the overall politeness of the server, but other than that, the way this was handled was unacceptable. I was handed my paperwork without an envelope and with the first page missing. My information was clearly visible and accessible. Prior to this, the process server had spoken to me regarding the case and stated that perhaps this wasn’t actually a summons, but was more about my name being mentioned in court. This company contracts out/hires people with zero integrity. Their process server Majd Hussein filed 3 affidavits of service where he served 3 individuals by serving a person that he created. He gave them the same last name as me and claimed they were the same age and race as me. If you do not have Ring yet this unscrupulous company is definitely a reason to get one. He left one summons & complaint on the property by placing it in the mail slot then wrote up affidavits stating he served this fictitious person with 3.
