Today was my first visit to this surgery as a new resident in the city who registered recently in road station surgery, and I was thoroughly impressed. My little son and I went for his vaccination, and from the start, the experience was wonderful. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, setting a positive tone. I have been to many different GPs over the years due to living in different locations but this one is by far the best. I have always managed to get a same day appointment when urgent for myself or my child. The care is always great. The receptionist team is lovely and so great on the phone and in person. The GPs are always attentive and give me the best advice and/or treatment possible. Thank you for giving me confidence in our NHS. More surgeries should aim to be like this one.
I’ve found this surgery nothing but helpful whenever I’ve called , nice to see people in the waiting room very rare these days in a GP surgery . Had 2 appointments but nurse price done both procedures at the same time saving on an appointment and saving me to have to return . So far very pleased with them and I have since Covid knocked GPs and their surgery’s for not doing enough for patients.
Bad service .I take my baby in appointment I waiting 10.20 -10.50 am very very bad service . every time like there 😿 . they don't care baby 😞 🍼
They’re the best surgery in the world with a lot of human care I recommend them to the Pope In Rome
