this place is nothing but a bunch of scammers and I wish there was an option for zero stars or negative. After 15 years of not living somewhere I get a bill by certified letter out of the blue claiming I owe taxes from 15 years ago at a house that I didn’t even live in for the year , they are claiming I owe taxes and if I don’t pay it, they’re going to garnish my wages when they have not once contacted me. They keep sending me Bill's the last one for 152.50 and the Bill's never indicate what they are for. You try to call and get a voice mail. I'm sending it to my lawyer and accountant to deal with. Scams trying to steal our hard earned dollars
They are nothing but a pathetic scam. They taped a "Statement of Delinquent Taxes" to my door today for taxes from 2013-2016. The problem is that the name on their form is for a previous owner who lost the residence in foreclosure in 2009! I have owned the residence now for 10 YEARS so there is no way the local tax office is sending a collection note to them. Ignore any threats from them.
