I paid around $32,500 for the installation of a sunroom with a guaranteed lifetime warranty. When my window suddenly shattered without anything hitting it or causing breakage, I called for repair & was given misleading contact information several times followed by 2 servicemen to measure & order a window. After waiting 3 months, I was told that my window would not be covered by my warranty.
