Over the last 2 months, statewide remodeling has called me 60+ times. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from any prospect lists, lead list etc. I’ve never once inquired about working with this company. This is excessive and without further resolution, I will file with the BBB.
A man at home depot told me they could schedule a quote for a project on my home which I agreed too. Then I found out through another employee they don't do installations. I asked the HD man to cancel whatever he took my info for. Before I even got to my car, I had an appt scheduled with Statewide Remodeling text on my phone. I called them to cancel the appt, they wouldn't let me cancel without asking several questions. The man finally supposedly canceled my appointment. Our bathtub got remodeled and our installer Jerry Jasso was absolutely incredible!!! He did such a good job and I’m so happy with how my bathroom looks!!
