We were so excited to get our 2 bathrooms remodeled and updated and decided to use Statewide as they were associated with Home Depot (who we know and trust) Through out the project that was done almost 1 year ago (2 showers which took about 4 weeks I constantly had to review and point out issues that the worker and project manager should have caught. from 1 inch gaps left between installed panels and the walls , scratches on the new tub hidden by caulking, to molding that was installed upside down. They’ve done this twice now, refusing to make an appointment unless my husband is present. I explained that home renovations are my responsibility, my husband has zero interest or time for them, and I’m the decision maker. They still refused. What if my husband were sick, traveling, or dealing with a medical issue? This is blatant disrespect and outdated thinking. Any company that treats women like they can’t make decisions in their own home is bound to lose business, especially from customers with self-respect!
High quality windows at reasonable prices and their installation teams do high quality work. I have used three times and their work quality never disappoints
