I have been inside of USA Health Care Facilities and 2 in particular are down right atrocious. Folsom Center and the Nursing home in Main Ave in Cullman. The care the CNA's give to the residents is unprofessional. The way they treat good employees is a down right disgrace. They treat their lazy employees better than the CNA's that actually do their job to provide outstanding care to the residents.
