I've worked with Statewide at two different organizations and I have found them to be very knowledgeable; professional and our installation was seamless. They are pro-active and make the transition very easy for the staff. In addition, they're just good people who care about their work. They are also great about being available after the installation and helpful if there are any issues to trouble shoot. I would recommend them highly. They are a breath of fresh air in the vendor world.

Statewide has been an excellent phone service for my business. We are able to customize the way calls are handled and access remotely among other features. They also have excellent and responsive support should we need it. Highly recommend!

We are a manufacturing company in Groton, MA that had to move all our computers and telephones to a different section of the building under a very short timeline. There was a lot of rewiring and network hardware installation that had to be done. Statewide was able to accommodate us for a fair price. The technical support before, during and after the move has been excellent. Any issues that have arisen have been taken care of quickly and effectively. It has been 2 months since installation and everything is working great.
