Justin can't be trusted, had one initial phone call with him, he said he would call me back then a total ghost. Texted him a few times and no reply at all. I am retired Army and was acquiring about a VA loan, guess I will take my business elsewhere. This was my first and will be my last interaction with States Mortgage company, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Completely, utterly disrespectful! Would never recommend this company to anyone! This was from the underwriter for Dan Toth! They claimed they couldn’t meet what was discussed the day prior, so I stated I wasn’t interested and hung up. I repeatedly got phone calls and then was told the phone call would be ended if I raised my voice in which I pretty much said to go screw yourself, I’ll do it for you and then received these text messages from the underwriter! Don’t consider this company. Unpleasant people who are not professional at all. The people at this mortgage company are bad at what they do. Go somewhere else for your mortgage, you will be glad you did.
I dealt with Donald Brown and highly recommend him for his straightforwardness and integrity.
