Very helpful and very friendly and clean
I went into Stater Brothers in Oceanside today and the store was super clean, great product selection and the staff was so nice! was highly impressed and will continue to go to this store.
The seafood section says fresh seafood and it is not the butcher walking behind the counter today grabbed a bag of prepackaged crabmeat was going to cut it open and sell it to me for 399 a pound for 2 1/2 pound bag only cost 799 I called manager over and he told me that’s the bag that they use every day put it in the tray and sell it to you for more stay away from freshSeafood at Stater brothers it comes out of the bags that are right there in the store the manager says as long as it’s not frozen and he can sell it as fresh ... read more

Customer service sucks at this store, long lines, out dated code on Fountain drinks and foods!!!!!
I love this store. I've been coming here for years. They make the best cakes ever!! The girl in the bakery went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I'm so thankful to her. Can't wait to get my son's cake. 9 year's you have been making my son's birthday cakes!!! Thank you
This location I found gross and unclean. Rusty racks in cooler spills not cleaned spoiled and freezer burned meat. Just not good I contacted the health department as to this store very upset. I called corporate but guarantee they'll do nothing as to the meats I purchased and out dated bake goods.
I love the prices and selection, but please make sure you pull expired products off of your shelves! I've purchased several bad items and emailed corporate, but haven't ever received a response.
