My doctor faxed in an order for a Nebulizer (and they only had one kind - and not the kind I wanted) TWICE and they claimed they didn't receive any order. Called another DME company covered under my insurance and they had the Nebulizer ready for pick-up within an HOUR. I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone. The only good thing is they carry all sorts of DME supplies whereas the company I went to only carries respiratory DME, thus them receiving 2 stars instead of 1.
