These guys are a joke. Jason Kasner contacted both myself and previous business partner threatening to put us in collections for 2020 "back taxes." Only after I mailed them a check Jason Kasner reached out to me again stating they made a mistake and we owe nothing. I told Jason Kasner to make the refund check out to me personally as the previous business is no longer existing and a check made out to that company would be worthless. Can't get answer to my questions
sent in ACCURATE tax return (with a credit to me). Got a bill for over $100 from tax people. called and they said made a mistake. If it is fraud to submit an erroneous return, is it not fraud to say I owe when I dont?
On 2 separate occasions I had a 2 different ladies knock on my door demanding the money I owe the state. Like they are some kind of gangsters coming to collect, they reached me at a bad place in my life. I was broke and my back was against the wall. I was not in a good frame of mind. They didn't like my response after they demanded the money and they felt threatened. This could have been a very dangerous encounter. You people need to think before putting yourselves in danger.
