State Street vehicle loan department is very good! Their interest rates are very competitive and their service is great!
Been banking here for almost 10 years and never had a problem. Until today. Went to the drive thru at 8th street to cash change in and the teller wouldn’t walk to the lobby to cash in my change when I have an account. I drove 50 minutes one way and will be pulling my money out soon and not baking there again.
I just opened a joint account with my wife, and we have never had such a pleasant experience. Customer service is fantastic! Everybody is so kind and polite. We are from Ecuador, and we are new in town. The two agents who assisted us were so helpful in every way! They even wrote a list of places we could visit to have fun, places to eat, shopping, etc. We could not be happier with our decision to open an account in this bank. Thank you, Cyndee and Hayley! You are both awesome!
I've been a customer for 20 plus years. Doesn't hold any merit these days it seems. Having 3 accounts and apparently that doesn't matter either. Even having relatives working here can't even help. I'm glad there are other banking options available in our area.
