Loved the personal service and so efficient!
Ryan and Jeff did a great job. A different company had set up my system improperly, and these guys got it working. They also didn't charge me for the second trip because it was too quick of a fix. This shows real pride in their work and reflects well on the company as a whole.
We had this company come out today to inspect my parents water softener that is super old. They weren’t sure if it was working properly. Nancy came out and did a thorough check of the system some companies would recommend you to replace the system (maybe untruthfully)… Nancy is the complete opposite. She was very honest and open and said it would probably need to be replaced in a few years or less, but that it was functioning properly for the age of the system. State Safe Water delivers our salt for us and we appreciate it very much.
Love this place. Great price on Dura Cube salt for the water softener; so easy and convenient to load up your car. Everyone who works here is very helpful and kind.
