I switched to Sate Soft Water for my salt deliveries and I am glad I did. Their prices are competitive and their service is reliable. Ryan, our delivery man, is friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. State Soft is the only company I will use for my water softener needs.
We moved into our new house last week that had a non-functioning water softener. State Soft Water came out the day after I called, and they were able to install the day after that. Our water is perfect now. Thanks SSW for saving me from rotten egg smelling water!
We moved into our new home a couple months ago and noticed our water softener needed replacing as it was original to the home (20+ years old). Nancy was able to come out the next business day. She tested our water, gave us a lot of helpful information (we’re new to well water), and provided our quote for a whole new system.
