Would be five Stars a few years ago before the chased out the old President. Called today to have them help me get my motorcycle titled in the state I just moved to. They told me since the bike has a lien, I can’t title it or register it until the lien is paid off so I am expected to just park it and forget about it or pay the lien off in full. I’ve also had in named employees of this bank hang up on with in the middle of a conversation because they couldn’t handle a disagreement. This branch has taken a major turn down hill... read more
