If I could put 0 stars I would, this state is in so much debt and they are taxing honest working citizens ridiculous tax amounts, not to mention long call queues , a straight abysmal service
Paying $1500 per year on top of council rates and water service charges for land tax! I’m not sure what this land tax is for or what service I receive in return for paying this charge. Honestly, I regret buying the property and am considering moving out of Victoria.
