**UPDATE Aug. 2026 : 5 stars!!! NJ Dept. of P & B has turned things around!!! Very reasonable wait times (if any), pleasant, patient and knowledgeable staff. (2023 Rating: ZERO! The depart. is an embarrassment to the state & completely disrespecting employees.)
