Every time I call the division of pensions and benefits they are very helpful and patient. They do not rush you off the phone and are very professional
7-10 business days for a response is unacceptable. Hire more staff or redistribute tasks. The customer service agents are the most unsympathetic people. This type of department representation is why DOGE isn’t hesitating to fire government employees. Do better or quit.
