They answered all my inquiries thoroughly by e mail & phone. All reps were courteous. The staff at P & B basically walked me through a somewhat confusing process, and I appreciate all their help. It would be good for those who aren't tech savvy to be able to do things on paper, but this is the electronic world we live in. Thank you P & B, your assistance was first class.
Horrible customer service. Placed on hold multiple times then disconnected after waiting 30 minutes for the representative. Now when I attempt to call back the automated message states "call cannot be completed as dialed."
I sent a letter a month ago and have not heard back anything yet, I called they told me the mailroom was backlashed and no time frame for a response. I am not sure if my mail got lost or not, so I sent a registered mail and It was delivered. Let's wait and see. It is simply frustrating because you need their response to move forward with the retirement process.
Last year I got my check on 2nd twice I complain so this year I gotten it 4 times on th2nd and twice on the 3rd they doing it on purpose so people can get direct deposit the "State "us to be great now its worse than" Federal " and complain does nothing after the 5th ur landlord can charge late fees!!
One hour wait time!!!!!
