I don’t know where to start at … but the health benefits department (representatives) are very rude they have no social skills and the way they communicate with you is disrespectful and distasteful and I’ve never received any call back about my health benefits and how can they carelessly mishandle my personal information…..They really don’t know the seriousness of mental health illness or they should be trained or retrained 😒😒😒😒😒
This was very informative for planning my retirement. If you drive a pickup truck, park at 110 N Warren St, Trenton, NJ 08608. The garage has a 6'10" height. The other public garage is 6'2". A couple other lots that say public parking on maps, aren't. They are for state employees.
They answered all my inquiries thoroughly by e mail & phone. All reps were courteous. The staff at P & B basically walked me through a somewhat confusing process, and I appreciate all their help. It would be good for those who aren't tech savvy to be able to do things on paper, but this is the electronic world we live in. Thank you P & B, your assistance was first class.
Horrible customer service. Placed on hold multiple times then disconnected after waiting 30 minutes for the representative. Now when I attempt to call back the automated message states "call cannot be completed as dialed."
